He's tall. He's got a spiky hairdo that would make a Super Saiyin jealous. If Ash and Misty are the stars of the show, Brock is their guiding light, always there with an answer or a friendly, almost fatherly tip. Not much is known about Brock's early childhood. Prior to joining Ash at the end of Showdown in Pewter City , Flint left the family home to pursue his own ventures. As a result, Brock assumed the responsibility of running the Pewter Gym while also taking care of his nine younger siblings on his own. Flint took on the responsibilities of the Pewter Gym and his family, leaving Brock free to journey with Ash and Misty. Brock was also able to meet and make advances towards the many beautiful women he met.
